Access millions of books, DVDs, CDs & magazines

Yes, millions! With access to multiple libraries, the materials of all participating libraries become available to you.

If you've always wanted a wider choice of books, DVDs, CDs and magazines from your local library, you'll find lots to love about the new 'one card' network.

Borrowing what you want is just a click away

To get the quickest access to the millions of items available, simply go online and use the new reservation system of participating libraries to look up items and reserve them with a click.

With the centralised system you no longer have to separately look up multiple library catalogues.

When your items become available, they will be delivered to your preferred library.

Frequently asked questions

Q.    Do all libraries on the new network offer the same services as each other?

A.    As libraries are committed to meeting the particular needs of their local communities, some libraries may continue to offer different services that complement core library services (e.g. certain online resources). Check with the relevant library to find out what's available to you.

Q.   Are lending periods and overdue policies the same for all libraries on the new network?

A.   No.  Although participating libraries will have many similar policies, there may be variation in some areas.  Lending periods and overdue policies for a particular item you borrow will depend on which library issues you that item. Be sure to read all accompanying receipts that outline due dates.

Your library may have additional specific information relating to their participation in the 'one card' network.
