THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR COMMUNITY AND STAFF OF SA's PUBLIC LIBRARIES IS OUR PRIORITY

REOPENING OF SA PUBLIC LIBRARIES

On 8/5/2020, it was announced public libraries will be able to open from 11/5/2020. Please be aware that some libraries may not be open immediately from this date as they will require time to incorporate new social distancing and hygiene processes (including physical changes to public areas) to help ensure the safety of customers and staff. Please also note that the reopening of libraries is conditional on having a maximum of 10 customers in the library at any one time.

For more information about your library’s reopening, please contact your local library or council using the contact details on the PDF here.

HOLDS ON ITEMS

Good news! From Tuesday 12/5/2020, customers will once again be able to place holds on most OneCard items. There may be some delays in receiving requested items while libraries work towards reopening.

For more information about any issues with placing holds, please contact your local library using the contact details on the PDF here.
