If you're into books, reading and writing then why not join the 891 Book Club? The 891 Book Club meets at 2.30pm on Fridays to form Adelaide's biggest Book Club conversation. Join 891 Afternoons presenter Sonya Feldhoff along with Adelaide Festival Writers Week Director Laura Kroetsch, plus guest authors, publishers, librarians and of course you. Each month, the 891 Book Club explores a different issue, genre of writing or theme of book. Book Club segments will be posted to this site, along with listener reviews and other Local Radio author interviews.


The Big Book ClubThe Big Book Club
In 2003, The Big Book Club Inc.was established in South Australia as a not for profit arts organisation committed to the promotion of reading, literature and Australian authors and illustrators. The Big Book Club Inc. manages two major projects:
?The Big Book Club (TBBC) for adults
?The Little Big Book Club (LBBC) for parents of children aged
Both projects have established a strong national presence and brand, with funding from individual state governments and key stakeholders including selected News Limited newspapers i.e. The Advertiser, The Sunday Times, The Courier-Mail and The Daily Telegraph. As part of the partnership with these newspapers, each has been granted the naming rights to both programs in their respective states.
